A different approach
The Culture Visibility Profile™ (CVP™) is a model that helps show the benefits of the existing culture, and the trade-offs required to change it. It also shows how any given culture compares to the archetypal culture across 16 different industries.
The CVP™ can be used in three ways: as a model to open up a conversation about culture (as it is and as it ideally should be), as a card sort to to help individuals and small groups to think through culture in more depth, and as a survey to determine and report on the views of a larger population.
